How It All Began
In 2016, Kavita Nair left her position as a senior stylist at a prestigious London salon and returned to Mumbai with a dream — to create a beauty space that combined international techniques with the warmth and hospitality that India is known for.
What started as a cozy 800 sq ft studio with just 3 chairs has blossomed into a 3,500 sq ft destination salon with 12 expert stylists, serving over 15,000 happy clients. But through all our growth, one thing hasn't changed: our commitment to making every single client feel like the most important person in the room.
Our Journey
The Beginning
Kavita opens Glow & Grace in a small studio in Bandra with just 3 chairs and 2 assistants
Growing Recognition
Won 'Best New Salon — Mumbai' award. Expanded to 6 stations and hired 4 specialist stylists
Bridal Studio Launch
Launched our dedicated Bridal Studio after doing 200+ bridal makeovers in 2 years
Premium Partnership
Became official partners with L'Oréal Professional and Schwarzkopf — access to the finest products
Major Expansion
